September:

Friday, September 5, All-State and Solo & Ensemble Sign-ups due

October:

Monday, October 6, 6:30 pm: 7^th Grade Orchestra, Advanced Chamber Orchestra Concert, WBMS Cafe

Thursday, October 9, 7:00 pm: WBMS 8^th Grade Orchestra concert at Alpharetta High School.

Saturday, October 25, All-State First Round Audition, River Trail MS. Times TBA

November:

Saturday, November 1, all day: GMEA Solo & Ensemble PE

December:

Tuesday, December 2, 6:30 pm: 6^th Grade Orchestra/Advanced Chamber Orchestra Concert, WBMS Gym

Friday, December 19, In class: WBMS Annual Open House. Parents are invited to come in and watch classes. This event will be live streamed on Zoom.

January:

Saturday, January 10: Final All-State Auditions, Riverwood International Charter School, Atlanta, Times TBA.

February:

No performances scheduled yet.

March:

Monday, March 2: LGPE Preview Concert 7^th Grade at 6:30 pm and 8^th Grade at 7:15 pm, WBMS Rotunda

Thursday-Sat., March 5-March 7, All-State Orchestra, Athens, GA Classic Center

Thursday-Saturday, March 12-14: LGPE for 7^th and 8^th Grade. The schedule has not been finalized yet, but we will perform on one of these days.

Monday, March 23, 6:30 pm: 6^th Grade Orchestra/Advanced Chamber Orchestra Concert, WBMS Cafe

Saturday, TBD In March or April, District 5 Honor Orchestra and Honor Clinic, Location TBD, All Day.

April:

TBD (probably April 25), 6^th Grade Trills and Thrills Festival performance and trip to Six Flags (optional, but recommended), All Day.

May:

Monday, May 11, 6:30 pm: WBMS Orchestra Spring Concert; All students involved, WBMS Cafe.
